Play Rules & Policies
We want Kids Town to be a safe, clean, and fun place for every family. By entering Kids Town, all guests agree to follow our facility rules and any posted safety instructions.
Parent & Guardian Supervision
- Kids Town is not a drop-off facility. Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying parent or responsible adult at all times.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children and making sure they are using the play areas and equipment safely.
Ages 1–8
- Kids Town is designed primarily for children ages 1–8.
- Older siblings are welcome to join their family and participate in imaginative play throughout the Kids Town city. However, for the safety of our younger guests, older children may not climb on play structures, use the slides, enter equipment intended for younger children, or ride the carousel.
Socks Only
- Kids Town is a socks-only facility for both children and adults. Shoes are not permitted in the play areas.
- Grip socks are recommended and are available for purchase on-site.
Stay Home If You're Sick
- Please stay home if you or your child is sick or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
- We are happy to reschedule your booking or provide store credit/a gift card that does not expire.
Play Safely
- Please use all play areas, toys, furniture and equipment only as intended.
- Do not climb on furniture, tables, counters, walls, gates, or other areas that are not designed for climbing.
- No rough play, pushing, hitting, throwing toys, intentionally damaging equipment, or other unsafe behavior.
- Please walk throughout the facility unless an activity or play area is specifically designed for running.
Follow Posted Rules
- Certain attractions and play areas have their own safety rules. Guests must follow all signs and instructions posted throughout Kids Town, including rules for the ball pit, slides, carousel and other equipment.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure their children follow these rules.
Be Kind & Respectful
- Please be kind and respectful to other children, families, and Kids Town staff.
- Bullying, fighting, threatening behavior, excessive rough play, inappropriate language, harassment, or intentionally disruptive behavior will not be permitted.
- Children or adults who repeatedly disregard facility rules, create an unsafe environment, damage property, or behave disrespectfully toward guests or staff may be asked to leave.
Take Care of Our City
- Please help us keep Kids Town enjoyable for everyone. Toys and play materials should remain in their designated areas whenever possible.
- Do not intentionally throw, break, remove, or misuse toys, decorations, furniture, or equipment.
Check-In & Check-Out
- All guests must follow Kids Town's check-in and check-out procedures. Children may not leave the facility without their accompanying responsible adult.
Keep Food Out of Play Areas
- Outside food is not permitted.
- Only water bottles with sealed lids for children.
- We sell snacks and drinks for parents and children that may be purchased.
- Snacks and drinks purchased at Kids Town must be consumed only in the designated table/seating area. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the play areas or on play equipment.
- Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding are always welcome at Kids Town.
- Parents and caregivers are welcome to feed infants as needed.
- Food policies for birthday parties and private events may differ based on the selected party package.
No Refunds
- All admission and booking purchases are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled visit, Kids Town may allow you to reschedule your booking or receive a Kids Town gift card/store credit that never expires, subject to our booking policies.
- Being asked to leave because of unsafe behavior, failure to follow facility rules, or inappropriate conduct does not qualify for a refund.
Help Us Keep Kids Town Safe
- Kids Town staff may intervene when facility rules are not being followed and may restrict access to an activity or play area when necessary for safety.
- Please follow staff instructions and posted signage during your visit.
